Tell One, Tell All Invite your family. Tell your friends. Challenge Walk MS is even better when you share!
Ask them to sign up with you. The more the merrier. Why not rise to the challenge together?
If they can’t be part of the walk, can they volunteer?
If they can’t be part of the walk and can’t volunteer, will they support your participation with a donation?
Family and friends are also encouraged to write Letters of Inspiration to cheer on their loved ones during the weekend. Ask them to complete a letter online or send a note or card to the Wisconsin Chapter office (1120 James Drive, Suite A, Hartland, WI 53029) so it can be delivered during Challenge Walk MS weekend.
Alpine Upgrades and More
The Challenge Walk MS headquarters – Alpine Resort & Golf – completed some remodeling over the winter, including adding a roll-in shower in one of the rooms. Inspired by Challenge Walk MS participants, the resort owners have said they are committed to making Alpine one of the most accessible resorts in Door County.
Returning participants (a.k.a. Challenge Walk veterans) will notice other enhancements and new features throughout the weekend, too. Planning is underway to identify opportunities that will make the Challenge Walk MS experience even more fun and memorable. Have ideas to share? Join the planning committee!
