Walking 50 miles takes commitment and training. Over the course of the Challenge Walk MS 50-mile route, you will take about 100,000 individual steps. And although Challenge Walk MS is for individuals of all abilities, you should prepare yourself mentally and physically. By conditioning your body before the Walk, you will have more fun and be less likely to experience injury. Once you register, start training.
