The 7th annual, three-day, 50-mile Challenge Walk MS will be held in Door County September 19-21. The event is broken into three day-long increments with fun themed rest stops and lunch each day to keep you moving. Participants can also choose a 30-mile option. Accommodations are provided by Alpine Resort and Golf along with meals and evening programs. View pictures of the resort on their Pinterest page.

Show Your Commitment and Reach Your Goal
Challenge Walk has a $125 registration fee along with a minimum pledge of $1,500. Raising the $1,500 is part of the challenge. Start by making a self-pledge so donors can see your commitment. Organize a Dress Down Day at work, with co-workers donating $5 or $10. Click here for more fundraising ideas.

Double or Triple Donations
Many companies and businesses offer matching gift programs. Remember to ask those who pledge a donation if their employer is willing to match it.  Learn more about Employer Matching Gifts.

Challenge Walk MSConnect with Social Media
Use Facebook and Twitter to help increase donations. These online tools can make fundraising easier and interactive. Write daily status updates with a countdown to the event or how many more donations of $50 it will take to reach your goal.

Make it Personal
Personalize your Participant Page to increase your fundraising success. Share stories, photos and display your progress toward your goal. Send emails to recruit team members and increase donations.

Rather Not Do the Walk? Be a Volunteer.
The success of Challenge Walk not only depends on participants but also volunteers. Three distinct opportunities exist to get involved and help raise money for MS research, services and programs. Sign up by completing the registration form or calling 262-369-4400 or 800-242-3358.

  • Volunteers
